- Ensure that the company quality standards are followed in all aspects of operations at all times
- Conduct quality audits of workplace/jobsite and perform routine checks on the quality of installation and workmanship
- Appraise customers’ requirements and installation standards and make sure they are complied with
- Document internal audits and prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
- Detect and identify problems/issues/nonconformance and apply corrective measures
- Oversee and review existing policies, documentations, and measures and update according to latest industry standard
- Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
- Present regular reports and data analysis to the management and recommend improvements
Trình độ tối thiểu
- 2-3 years of related working experience required
- Experience working in a telecom environment is a plus
- College/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant field
- Professional Certification such as Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, etc.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards and best practices on all pillars of FTK delivery (CME, TI, TRS, etc)
- Thorough knowledge of different Telco installation standards and specifications
- Experience in writing reports and policies for quality assurance and inspection
- Organized and methodical, with an eye for detail
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain quality standards
- Ability to travel/with valid driver's license
