Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Read and interpret Design Drawings and Site Plans
- Work within 4 to 6-man team
- Carry-out installation of Radio and antenna systems on steel lattice self-supporting towers, guyed masts/towers, monopoles, Rooftop bipods, and other structures
- Carry-out cable testing and sweep tests including connector termination and splicing
- Ability to climb and work safely at heights (up to 100 meters and above)
- Install, replace, and repair electrical/grounding wirings, lighting system, busbars, lightning arresters and other components on the tower
- Perform general tower/telecom survey, audit and inspection
- Comply with health, safety and environmental procedures at all times
- Use a variety of hand tools/power tools and test equipment including Site Master, Tilt meter, compass, etc.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- 1-3 years of related working experience required
- Hold relevant climbing/safety certificates such as Working-at-Height, Tower rescue, CPR/First-Aid Training, etc
- Have thorough knowledge in using specific harnesses and fall-arrest systems
- Good physical condition and stamina
- Proficient at knot tying and have knowledge of their application
- Have thorough knowledge on local installation standards and latest industry practices (telecoms)
- Good knowledge of various test equipment
- Ability to travel and work out-of-base
- With valid driver’s license an advantage
- Experience working with PH MNO and/or Major Telecom Vendor is a plus
