Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Support and fulfill IT manpower requirements of our internal business partners in compliance to the project needs of our clients
- Identify and recruit talent through the use of various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, networking, referrals, job fairs etc.
- Act as the business partner of hiring managers by understanding staffing needs, meeting hiring plans and planning future manpower requirements
- Submit weekly, monthly recruitment related reports
- Be accountable for the full-recruitment cycle
- Manage other administrative tasks in relation to the onboarding process
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Solid experience in end to end IT Recruitment process
- Has experience in Handling IT or Technical recruitment
- Good verbal and written communication skills (English)Proficient in MS Office applications
- Client (Internal and External) oriented

- Objective, Witty, Attentive to detail / analytical probing nature
- Organized thinker (Planning, prioritization and follow-through on execution) Multi-tasking nature; ability to track and manage several assignments simultaneously

- Can start immediately and willing to work in Pasig
- Work Shift 9am-6pm
