AUDIT:
- Store weekly, Quarterly and Year-End Inventory
- Sales Invoice
- Logbooks (pick-up, installation, GC, BIR, Deposit, Cash logbook)
- Displays
- In and Out Documents
- Pending Orders
MARKETING:
- Monitor Exhibits Sales and inventory report
- Build a relationship with Mall Admin
- Marketing Collaterals
MONITORING:
- Construction Bond and Security Deposit
- Renewal and Cancellation of Business Permits
OPERATIONS:
- Staff Attendance
- Key Holders
- Receiving and Input of Deliveries
- Outgoing reports
- Maintenance of stores (Aircon, Music, Fixtures)
- Handle customer complaints and suggestion
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience specializing in Sales - Retail and related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
- Graduate of any Business or Marketing Course
- Must be able to make concrete reports specifying problems and showing solutions
- Preferably with knowledge in the automotive industry
