Business Analyst  

Documentation (UAT scripts, user’s manuals, flowcharting/business systems procedures, business requirements, tech specs)

• Liaise with relevant users on the UAT plans and test cases preparation.

• Conduct system test results verification, sampling review prior to releasing system for UAT.

• Act as the IT Coordinator to lead the users on the execution of user acceptance test and deployment/ implementation activity.

• Facilitate the communication between IT, testers and business stakeholders to ensure all have a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.

• Provide support and coordinate between IT, vendor or supplier and business representatives throughout the system development life cycle.

• Lead requirement gathering analysis process and engaged with business users, solutions architects and delivery team to document, review and edit business requirements (BRS) for IT Solutioning

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Administration, Management or equivalent

• At least 1 year of work experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Must have concrete work experience as a Business Analyst and a QA Analyst

• Automation testing experience includes script creation, execution and defect management.

• Ability to independently create/script test cases

• Strong communication skills; ability to independently facilitate meeting to review defects and foster cross team discussions to ensure defect resolution

• Self-starter

• Requires minimal supervision

• Preferrably has general knowledge of HR, Asset Inventory and Accounting management

• With at least 1 year of work experience in Business Process Mapping, Release Management, and technical risk assessment.

• Knowledgeable and Experienced in Business Process Analysis and Design

• Good/Excellent in Analysis and Critical Thinking

• Good/Excellent in Time Management

• Experienced/Practiced in Office Productivity software (MS Office Suite, MS Visio)
