Package Consultant | Workday HCM & Compensation  

Assist clients in the design, implementation, and support of the Workday HR/Recruiting and/or Talent Management modules. This specialty uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively implement the functionality into the client's business environment in order to achieve client expected business results. This specialty includes implementation planning, fit analysis, facilitating design sessions to gather requirements, configuration, unit testing, rollout and potentially post-implementation support. Consultant resolves configuration and functional business issues across the various HR modules.

• 1st Must Have skills Workday Certified, at least 2 years’ experience on Performance and Talent
• 2nd Must Have skills Workday Certified; An expert in Core HCM and BP configuration
• 3rd Must Have skills Workday Certified; One resource with Workday experience along with data analysis skills, ideally with EIB and data management experience
• 4th Must Have skills Compensation, Core HCM, Security and Reporting experts;
• 5th Must Have skills Workday P&T certified with at least one year experience;
