Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Defines, configures and administers Models and Products in the ITAM systems.
- Collaborate with Procurement to add new items to the Purchasing Catalog.
- Establishes and performs procedures to receive, inspect, validate, record, track, decommission, and dispose of assets.
- Establishes inventory controls and configures reorder thresholds for any stocked assets.
- Contributes as the SME and enforces ITAM policies, processes and procedures.
- Operation of asset discovery and repository management systems for integrity and exception procedures.
- Performs tracking, accounting, reconciliation and reporting on IT assets throughout a full lifecycle.
- Performs ongoing software license compliance reconciliation and conducts periodic validation checks.
- Performs periodic physical audits and reconciliation to asset management systems.
- Interacts with the I/S Purchasing Team on asset purchases, leases, rentals and financial management.
- Interacts with I/S Service Management on configuration/change, incident/problem and release management.
- Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor, I/S Team Lead, or Manager of Enterprise Workstation Services
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Associate’s degree in a Business Administration or Computer Science-related field or equivalent and demonstrable training and experience.
- Two (2) years of experience as a full-time professional in the field of IT Asset/Inventory Management.
- Experience with Microsoft Access, Excel, Outlook, and Word required.
- Experience with databases or ITAM software preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Great communication skills, pleasant personality, energetic, eager to learn and well organized.
- Information technology aptitude.
