The Business Development Manager shall be responsible for the development of channels to increase demand of existing services offered by the Company, and develop new demand by pursuing initiatives in the creation of new solutions and services from the existing core solutions, considering the unserved needs of clients and/or their future needs.
He/She is xpected to identify and build opportunities in the private and public sector for non-core technologies provided by the Company and its partners, such as IT Service Management, Document Management, Case Management, Business Process Management, Mobility, and Information Security.
Further, he/she is required to manage bids and proposals, and build and maintain key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

- With at least 5 years of substantial IT software sales and/or business development experience
- Strong organizing planning skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skill
