Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Membalas Chat dari Customer melalui platform - platform yang sudah menjadi standar perusahaan
- Memastikan Customer mendapatkan pelayanan terbaik dari Customer Service
- Follow Up Customer yang masih belum memberikan keputusan untuk belanja
- Memastikan orderan yang di input dan diproses sudah sesuai dengan permintaan customer
- menginformasikan kepada divisi lain (yang terkait) apabila ada permintaan perubahaan dari customer
- Melakukan konfirmasi apabila ada barang retur atau complain
- Melakukan Pengecekan terkait status pemesanan
- Konfirmasi pesanan melalui Telpon
- Follow - Up Ekspedisi
- Sweeping chat yang belum terbalas
- Membuat Report Daily (termasuk case harian)
- Membalas email Customer
- Membalas Review Customer dari platform - platform yang ada
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Laki-laki / Perempuan, Maksimal usia 30 tahun
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan mampu menjalin hubungan dengan customer/pembeli
- Memiliki pemikiran "customer sentris"
- Memiliki kemampuan mengetik secara cepat
- Memiliki kemampuan mengoperasikan komputer secara dasar
- Dapat bekerjasama dengan tim
- Siap bekerja dengan sistem shift
- Siap bekerja di akhir pekan dan libur nasional
- Seorang yang detil dan sabar jika menghadapi komplain dari customer/pembeli
- Menguasai bahasa Inggris dasar menjadi nilai plus
