Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Receives Request for Payments. Verifies accuracy of the documents.
- Recieves approved Accounts Payable Vouchers from Accounts Payable Accountant.
- Prepares Check Vouchers for the APV and RFP received.
- Prepares Check Status Report.
- Prepares the schedule of Input VAT and encode in the BIR Data Entry Module.
- Prepares to Check Vouchers for the Bank debit charges to our account in coordination with the Supervisor.
- Files and maintains the Check Vouchers released.
- Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor of Science in Accounting graduate
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Preferably with 1-2 years of experience.
- Preferably, Female
- Keen to details, hardworking, willing to extend hours and can work under pressure.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and others.
- Able to adapt to unexpected situations and closely follow directions.
- Amenable to work long hours if needed.
- Knowledge in accounting software is an advantage.
