A. Sales Achievement - volume and value
a. Ensure the attainment of assigned sales target - for volume or sales and revenue.
b. Provide insights on market opportunities available and trends to support the achievement of company's sales target in any possible changes in the market.
c. Perform other tasks that may be needed to achieve business goals and objectives.
B. Customer Service and Development
a. Ensure all related concerns of the customers are addressed in timely manner and must lead to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
b. Support the growth of the customers' business through continuous supply and highest quality service possible.
c. Coordinates and works together with Sales and Logistics Assistant to prepare and submit samples for customer approval.
d. Perform other tasks that may be needed to achieve business goals and objectives.
C. Vertical Distribution
a. Makes sure all opportunities with the customers are explored.
b. Must work on achieving the highest level of efficiencey on logistics and delivery costs.
c. Perform other tasks that may be needed to achieve business goals and objectives.
D. Horizontal Distribution
a. Develop new accounts within the assigned territory.
b. Identify most potential customers that would bring significant impact on achieving the agreed targets.
c. Perform other tasks that may be needed to achieve business goals and objectives.
E. Accounts Management and Trade Relationships
a. Work towards long-term established business relationships with customers post-sale.
b. Managers customers' product needs - volume and supply - and align the needs with Inventory and Warehouse through the Sales and Logistics Assistant.
c. Address all issues of the customers in a timely manner and provide resolutions and actions the fastest way possible.
d. Perform other tasks that may be needed to achieve business goals and objectives.
F. Collections and Accounts Receivables
a. Ensure that accounts being covered conform to their approved credit limits and payment terms.
b. Must provide immediate feedback on the financial status of accounts whenever needed.
c. Conduct collections and remits all collections as provided on the Accounts Receivables guidelines.
d. Perform other tasks that may be needed to achieve business goals and objectives.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- 2 to 3 experience in sales or operations in food industry
- Bachelor's degree of any business-related course or in food, culinary or agri-fishery
- Computer literate, memos and correspondences preparation, reports generation
- COMPETENCY REQUIRED: Integrity, Honesty, Focus on results, Interpersonal Skills, Flexibility, Ability to work under pressure, Customer Orientation, Sense of Urgency
- Must be flexible in work locations or site assignments as required and according to business goals and objectives
