CRM Associate  

The CRM Associate will work with customer service, marketing staff and operations to maintaina customer-focused attitude with a focus on activities that create lifetime customers. You are also requires a strong knowledge of budgeting and forecasting.
You would also be required to understand and guide implementation of CRM for our clients

Descriptions:

• Develop effective business intelligence strategies and analytics solutions.
• Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging user retention and user loyalty.
• Deciding on the CRM platform structure and architecture ensures it works seamlessly across the organization and captures all required information at key points in the user life cycle.
• Customer Journey Mapping analyzing touch points with the organization and maximizing commercial opportunities.
• Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company.
• Overseeing direct communications with users through the CRM.
• Monitor and maximize user lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum engagement and where possible profitability.
• Overseeing the migration of all direct communications to lower cost mediums such as SMS, Whatsapp and email.
• Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the company and its products.
• Help data consumers to correctly understand and use the data.
• Experienced in mining insights from multiple sources like Google Trends, Social listening tools, 3rd party syndicated tools like Global Web Index, SimilarWeb, Google Analytics
• Identify business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Generate reports of findings and present these to senior management.
• Keep abreast of industry best practices and policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or relevant field.
• 3 - 5 years' experience in an CRM management position or similar role is required.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both written and verbal communication. Full English and Bahasa Indonesia proficiency are a must.
• Results-driven and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Strong interpersonal and time-management skills.
• Strong CRM and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge about the digital media ecosystem would be good to have.
• Proficient in business intelligence tools, software, and dashboards.
