Tasks:

  • Participatw in the selection of distributors
  • Achieve and exceed SALES targets, KPIs, Merchandising, and Profitability Target in the assigned territory.
  • Support and manage Distributor operations, Performance monitoring, implementation of trade, and retail promotion/execution.
  • Create and realize targeted sales plan.
  • Grow the business in the assigned territory and increase market share.
  • Use ongoing working relationships to drive competitive intelligence gathering in product performance, offerings, and pricing.

Places of work (Territory):

  • North Luzon 1 (including: Region I – Ilocos Region, CAR- Cordillera Administrative Region) or
  • North Luzon 2 (including: Region II – Cagayan Valley) or
  • Central Luzon (Region III) or
  • South Luzon (including: Region IV – A Calabarzon, Region IV – B Mimaropa, Region V – Bicol Region)

  • Perfect knowledge and experience of the local beverages market.
  • Well versed with the following:
    • Territory
    • Sales Trend
    • Product Mix
    • Consumer Behavior
    • Competitor
    • Pricing
  • Has a strong distributor network (FMCG distributors is preferred), maintaining a strong working relationship with the distributor principal, operations, marketing, and sales personnel.
  • At least 3+ years professional sales experience in the beverages field.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal (English and Filipino).
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Advanced level qualification.
    • Highly proficient in MS Office.
  • Able to multitask and achieve goals in a given timeframe.
  • Ability to do strategic planning and consistent implementation.
  • Reliable, independent at work, success-oriented, and has an energetic personality.
  • Has a valid driver’s license.
