What will you work on?
Your primary focus will be on Recruiting and Team Building activities. More technical HR activities like payroll and benefits are already covered by other team members.
Recruiting
- Takes ownership of recruiting efforts for business and engineering roles
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Conduct assessments and initial interviews
- Conduct onboarding of new employees
Team Building
- Help foster a fun and high-performing team culture
- Organize internal activities in-person and online to promote a fun and interactive environment
- Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Assist in other HR related administrative duties
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least a minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in HR activities is preferred but not required.
- Fresh grads and people with non-HR backgrounds are welcome.
- Demonstrated interest in start-ups and tech companies
- Fun and high-energy personality. You love talking to people and creating a fun atmosphere.
- Excellent sales and communication skills.
