The primary responsibility of the Service Coordinator is to manage and update client concerns with the unit in-service ensuring all pertinent details are conveyed.
- Manage client concerns/ product issues referring the matter to the right person/department and follow through until resolved.
- Update client on status of unit in-service ensuring all pertinent details are conveyed.
- Prepare service tracking report/ monthly service report and other related reports
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of any business course or equivalent
- Experience in Customer Service
- Consistent in reporting
- Must possess good communication skills, as she may have to instruct others on the operation of equipment and how to troubleshoot it
- Proficient in MS Office applications especially MS Excel
