A Network Solution Architect’ mission is focused on:
- Supporting the Enterprise Sales Strategy and Business Objectives relating to both Business Partners and Direct Touch activities.
- Developing skills, autonomy and professionalism of Business Partner Sales & Pre Sales
- Autonomously keep highest level of knowledge on specific solutions covered and constantly monitor market trends and competition
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Translate customer business issues/opportunities into technical solution/business requirements.
- Develop conceptual solution architecture using combination of standard products and third-party suppliers to produce end-to-end customer solution.
- Build and communicate the value proposition of the end to end solution to client executives.
- Partner with specific product specialists to identify and collect detailed technical requirements.
- Coordinate efforts across services and product specialist organizations to ensure overall integrity and consistency of final proposed solution.
- Work with the account teams as the lead subject matter expert to develop solutions and recommend services to meet customer’s business requirements.
- Possess strong presentation skills, with the ability to develop and deliver technical presentations with customers and to tailor content to audience as appropriate to include ROI/TCO and the demonstration of financial value.
- Share knowledge and experience to enhance the technical capabilities of peers and business partners and build prospective opportunities.
- Possess solid understanding of the competitive landscape and ability to articulate the technical differentiation and value proposition of company solutions.
- Review and analyze current technology infrastructure and its ability to support strategic corporate objectives.
- Identify and propose specific strategies, initiatives and remedies necessary to align technology infrastructure with corporate objectives.
- Support development of business drivers, business case and high level program implementation plan.

- Enterprise Networking solutions Pre-Sales experience
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask and adapt their message to suit the context or customer
- Excellent presentation, communication and written language skills
- In-depth technical skills in focused technology
- Previous experience in working with customers and making offers
- Business Partners / VARs / Resellers experience
- Proven experience in designing Network Infrastructure Solutions
- ACPS level certification expected (or equivalent)
