Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- “Listen” to the trends of the F&B and FMCG market and direct the market research efforts of the company
- Define marketing strategies to support the company’s overall strategies and objectives
- Create and present the annual marketing plan and strategy focusing on Hangry’s Brand growth
- Set marketing goals and objectives for every department in Marketing Division (Marketing Communications, Brand and Design, Growth Marketing)
- Understand budget management for all the marketing activities.
- Determine KPIs for the marketing department
- Monthly review and analyze end-to-end marketing plan and activity.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Experience in Head of Marketing role minimum 3 years
- Having experience managing Marketing Branding
- Having experience handling multiple categories of brand
- Having experience in F&B and/or the FMCG industry is a plus
- Preferably having experience growing new Brand from zero and become a market leader Brand
- Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, marketing communications, and performance marketing)
- Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods.
- Experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, etc.
- Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g. social media) and non-digital (e.g. press) channel
- Understanding of different business disciplines (IT, finance, etc.)
- A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities, excellent organizational and time management skills
- Outstanding communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal abilities.
