Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Regularly follows-up frozen accounts and other members on their unsettled amortizations and outstanding balances;
- Closely coordinates with the Business Development and Sales Team for accurate visibility on unsettled accounts;
- Creates and proposes strategies and other methods that would enable accurate and timely and accurate collection processes;
- Prepares reports on weekly collection forecasts vis-à-vis actual collections for accurate and efficient monitoring and visibility;
- Closely manages monthly reconciliations for all the company’s accounts;
- Visits the company’s clients and members to directly collect payments when deemed necessary;
- Performs and conducts necessary outbound calls and e-mails relevant to collections;
- Prepares demand letters pertaining to collections whenever deemed necessary;
- Handles small claims cases;
- Ensures that all collections, adjustment/credit notes are posted regularly, or whenever deemed necessary;
- Conducts collections-related tasks as assigned to him or her by his or her immediate supervisor from time to time.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Must at least possess a Bachelors' Degree (preferably, but not required--a graduate of a Business/Finance-related course or equivalent;
- With at least six (6) months experience related and relevant to the job;
- Must be willing to travel around NCR when deemed necessary;
- Must have strong communications skills; and
- Has ample knowledge with the credit and collections processes.
