Telemarketing  

Responsible as a company representative in providing various information related to products / services to the leads. Encourage them to buy our products / services while maintaining their engagement and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact our potential leads by telephone to promote products / services, trying to understand the needs of the leads while approaching and persuading every leads from all marketing channels in order to achieve the conversion target.
• Answer every question and provide various information to the leads through each of our communication channels.
• Managing the administration of data from each leads, grouping potential leads, and distributing the data to another stakeholders (admissions, ptp operations), to be following up.
• Recording leads details including reaction to the product / services offered.
• Make a monthly conversion report, providing feedback on the efficiency of the telemarketing process.

• Min. 2 years working experience in sales, telemarketing, promotions, customer support, or any other related area.
• Bachelor degree in any major, preferably in communication, marketing, or any related fields.
