1. Provide transport service for the official business activity as approved by his superior.
2. Pick up the authorized company place from the designated place before reporting for work at the corporate office. He is also required to drop them at the same place before going home provided there is no conflict on official business activity.
3. Coordinate with his superior regarding his schedule.
4. Ensure that the company vehicle is in good condition to ensure safety to all passenger.
5. Monitor and schedule vehicle maintenance or tune-up.
6. Ensure registration and insurance of the vehicle are done regularly.
7. Assist the liaison officer from time to time to complete his task.
8. Act as a liaison officer in the absence of the former.
9. Act as a backup driver to the CEO.
10. Performs other admin tasks during free time.
11. Perform other tasks from time to time.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least 2nd Year College or Graduate of any Vocational Course
- With 5 years experience as a driver
- With valid drivers license, 1,2,3 restrictions
- Amenable to work long hours if needed
- Willing to start asap
