- Handles the implementation, inspection, quality checking, materials management and monitoring of all on-going projects.
- Implemenets and completes all work items relative to housing and commercial development, including special projects, in conformity with the approve plans, specifications, target schedules, as per given budget and above acceptable quality.
- Prepares initial evaluation report relative to the performance of technical staff, labourers and contractors in the aspects of quality, efficiency, timetables, and depend capability.
- Initiates request and advice in cases of concerns and other related matters requiring consent and/or recommendations of the Design Department Head.
- Prepares quantity estimate of a certain work item particularly on additional works or change order under his jurisdiction of assignment.
- Keeps employees motivated, resolve conflict and make decisions for your employees.
- Analyzes and solves problems that may come up during a typical work day. You will be analyzing data and come up with sound decision for every problem that affect the project on a regular basis.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- 10 years of practice in a related field.
- Knowledgeable in Autocad and Sketchup.
- Average knowledge in MS Office-located software (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and other applicable computer software or system.
- Familiar to Design expertise, Project Management, Technical knowledge, Safety Management and Supervision.
- Practice in handling housing and commercial construction, home improvement and interior finishing projects.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
