Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Collaborates with Condo Unit and Land & Houses Division for any sales and/or marketing related activities
- Assists in the distribution of marketing collaterals
- Handles all inquiries from phone calls, emails, Facebook/Instagram Official Page and assigns inquiries to respective sales divisions on queue
- Organizes themes or concepts for sales related activities and other internal/company events
- Maintains records of all the Service Agreement Forms (SAF) of the entire GM1 Sales
- Encodes all sales in the SAP Program
- Assists in the coordination and executing marketing campaigns as directed
- Administers company social media accounts and contents
- Prepares monthly sales calendar activities
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must posses at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Management, Marketing Management, Advertising, or any business related courses or equivalent.
- At least 1 (one) year of working experience in the related field.
- Proficient in various computer software and applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Basic photoshop skills).
- Must have strong analytical and planning skills.
- Excellent written, communicative, interpersonal and administrative skills.
- Has competent skills in doing marketing collaterals.
- Can work under minimal supervision.
