Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Hire, train, motivate and coach a team of sales agents
- Create an action plan to increase metrics such as lead conversion, batting rate and other performance indicators that leads to an increase of revenue
- Implement new sales processes and improve old sales processes
- Design Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Metrics for the sales agents
- Evaluate all sales agents in terms of process and technical expertise
- Manages and oversees the day-to-day operations of the sales agents
- Achieves monthly sales goals
- Work with other team to develop strategies to attract more potential clients
- Report monthly sales insights to management
- Handles sales agent escalations
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or it's equivalent.
- 5 years experience as a Sales Professional
- Experience in leading a team is a must
- Team Lead / Supervisor of a BPO company is a plus
- Experience with a Direct to Consumer company is a plus
- Can work under limited supervision
- Good interpersonal skills, proactive, and keen to details.
- Strong customer and Marketing insights
- Background in digital platforms such Facebook Marketplace, Lazada and Shopee is a plus
- Background with advertising platforms such as Facebook business manager, Google adwords and the like
