- Check Receiving and dispatching customer orders and verifying movements of orders.
- Ensure delivery of orders on a timely basis
- Reply to clients regarding concerns, queries etc.
- Check, monitor and update delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with maintenance team regarding maintenance and repairs
- Check and update daily Monthly reports
- Ensure the team's compliance with the rules and protocols:
- Drivers and helpers
- Staff
- Maintenance
- Managing incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Checking/Updating of documents necessary to update/renew OR/CR and other registration documents and compliance requirements
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- At least 2 years relevant experience
- Graduate of a 4 year course
- Preferably a resident of Lugait, Misamis Oriental or nearby cities
