- Building rapport with the client through regular communication.

Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies or equivalent.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Newly graduates can apply for our junior positions
- 1-2 years work experience as an Account Manager or Marketing Officer for FMCG client is a huge PLUS for senior positions
- Active leadership role in organizations is a huge Plus for junior positions
- Understanding the principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience
- Excellent communication skills;
- Proficiency in office software, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to work under pressure
- With or without working experience
- Knowledgeable with Phone Ethics
- Has the Confidence to do outbound calls
