- Identify new product opportunities by analyzing consumer trends, existing players and products in the market
- Assist the design, formulation and development of products that meets the customer demand and fits our brand & market positioning
- Prioritize new concepts/products through the development process which includes: · Formula and costing creation · Customer/Market test · Prototype & production Scale up · Packaging & technology · Ingredients and supplier/ vendor exploration
- Manage product certification process (BPOM, Halal, etc)
- Responsible to monitor progress of product development according to the timeline;
- Work with production to identify process improvement.
- Maintain ongoing communication with different stakeholders to share on emerging new ingredients, packaging and technology.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Degree in Food Technology or other related courses
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in product development processes
- Knowledge in various kind of snack production will be an added advantage
- Independent and able to work with minimal supervision
- Proactive in solving problems. Resourceful
- Team player and good communication skill
- Strong Analytical & Market Research skills
