- Supervise QC Staff, QC Lab and QC Crew in the incoming, process and outgoing area
- Conduct organoleptic testing in the production
- Create schedule for validation of the HACCP plan, calibration and verification of the product and lab tester
- Create working schedule for QC Staff, QC Lab and QC Crew
- Control and monitoring implementation of GMP in the production area
- Collaboration with other department for trial, troubleshooting and etc
- Investigating the problems that occur in the production or from customer complaint
- Possess basic knowledge of sampling of materials (RM & PM) and full-good, inspection packaging material (bottle, carton, etc), testing raw material, finish product and water (Physic, Chemical, Microbiology & Organoleptic) and having experience in coordinating and lead with subordinate
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Biology, Chemistry, BioTechnology, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent
- At least 3 years of working experience as QC Spv in F&B Industry or in the related field
- Good in english, both written and speaking
- Understanding microbiology analysis, familiar about GMP & HACCP
- Have strong leadership and good communication skill
- Genuine, fast learner, attention to details, proactive and responsive
- Hard worker and able to work under pressure, comfortable with manufacturer environment
- Willing to be placement in Cikupa, Tangerang
