Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Initiate monthly and/or annual verifying procedures to determine possible tax exposure
- Prepare the working paper to summarize all tax exposures and get clients approval
- Prepare Electronic Tax Payment (SSE) and Monthly and Annual Corporate Income Tax Return using e-SPT
- Help clients to submit the Tax Returns to the respective Office of Tax Service
- Initiate monthly reconciliation between the tax return and General Ledger
- Able to give a suggestion of prompt solutions for identified tax issues found to clients in accordance with applicable tax regulation or law
- Ensuring all tax returns are submitted in a timely manner and in accordance with applicable tax regulations or laws
- Retain and maintain good relationships with clients and respective Account Representative (Tax Officer)
- Directly supervises and continuously reviews the tasks of the junior or associate and assembly quality documentation
- Delegates task to the team members, ensuring assistants understand their responsibilities and have received appropriate coaching
- Conduct the engagement as it is outlined by Manager and Partner, in accordance with the standards of the firm
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university in Accounting or Fiscal Administration with GPA minimum 3.00 out of 4.00
- Have 1 - 2 years of experience in a Tax Consulting Firm is a plus
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Have tax certification will be an advantage
- Familiar with e-SPT, e-filing, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in the fast-paced work environment
- Ability to communicate clearly both speaking and writing
