Business Operations Intern  

Business Operations department is the internal consulting arm of Grab. We work under the CEO office and interact closely with country managers of Grab offices throughout Southeast Asia to suggest and improve operational processes

The intern will assist regional Business Operations in their quarterly process improvement project. This will involve an end to end process: starting from building methodology and metrics, drafting surveys, conducting surveys and interviews, cleaning up and processing the data, to result analyzing and report building.

By the end of this internship, the intern would get a good grasp in understanding how a technology company like Grab works from the point of view of different stakeholders that the intern will interact with: from drivers, local operation team, regional business operations team, to country manager. The Intern will also learn to embrace both the human aspect and analytics side of Grab.

• Able to use intermediate Microsoft Excel functions eg. VLOOKUP or Index Match, Pivot Table. Experience in creating an analytical model in Excel is a plus
• Preferably some experience in conducting survey (ie. drafting survey, data processing, analyzing result and creating report)
• Attentive to details
• Good communication skills
• Good conduct of English language, preferably able to do oral translation
• Preferably someone with an experience in managing social media/community groups/pages
• Currently taking up courses in Business Analytics, Mathematics or any related course
