Gorated Innovation Labs Inc. is hiring Entry Level Developers.

Gorated Innovation Labs Inc. is experiencing significant growth this year with its software development consulting and digital marketing services. With its expanding portfolio and growing number of clients on their Messenger App Platform and ERP solution, the company is scaling and beefing up their engineering and management team.

To increase the Gorated's talent pool, we are looking to onboard entry level developers that we will groom to be junior developers and eventually be senior level on their programming career.

• Defines site objectives by analyzing user requirements; envisioning system features and functionality
• Develops user interfaces to Internet/intranet applications by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycle; determining design methodologies and tool sets; completing programming using languages and software products; designing and conducting tests
• Completes applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms
• Supports users by developing documentation and assistance tools
• Updates job knowledge by researching new internet/intranet technologies and software products; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
• Supports and develops web application developers by providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Solid Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to be productive in a dynamic / collaborative environment (e.g.., open seating arrangement)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Software related intern, work, or hobby experiences is a plus (e.g., software development, IA, web development, etc.)
• Code Repository Management (e.g., Subversion and/or Git)
• Familiarity with current Web UI frameworks such as Bootstrap, Foundation, Angular, and/or Ember
