Communications Manager  

• Responsible for developing, managing, and implementing comprehensive communication programs to support the Google Operations Center
• Ensure communication strategy includes innovative tools, technologies, and approaches based on knowledge of audience
• Work closely with executives and/or workflow leaders to ensure messages are accurate and effective
• Manage activities associated with content development, production, promotion, and measurement
• Responsible for creative direction including management of outside contractors and design firms as necessary
• Manage compliance with communications policies, guidelines, and procedures
• Exceptional skills in communication planning, writing, and message development
• Executive presence, with ability to articulate a clear vision, define a strategy for achieving it and manage successful execution
• May include management of resources performing these key responsibilities

• Excellent English communication skills (both written and oral) and stakeholder management at multiple levels
• Bachelor’s Degree holder from an accredited institution
• 8-12 years of relevant Corporate Communication experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Work experience in BPO and/or captive service organizations
• Experience in leading multiple teams
