Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Conducts loan evaluation and decision according to credit policies and processes and service level standards
- Reviews and evaluates loan applications according to credit underwriting policies
- Conducts interviews with loan applicants to check for eligibility
- Ensures that documentary and other eligibility requirements are complete and in compliance with underwriting standards
- Renders credit decisions on loans within specified limits and refers loan applications outside those limits to higher approving authorities for approval
- Attends to customer concerns raised by the branches, specially on loan processing and consults with the credit approval hierarchy for special cases outside current policy provision or level of authority
- Identifies areas for process/ policy improvements in accordance with customer needs and company’s requirements; provides input to management
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A graduate of 4-year degree course
- Preferably with at least 1year working experience; at least 6 months of which in a banking / financial institution or handling retail consumer loans
- Required languages: English, Filipino
- Must have excellent communication skills - verbal, written, and comprehension
- Must be willing to work in Murphy, Cubao, Quezon City
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
