  • Conduct intensive and structured prospecting of new clients to identify and develop new accounts.
  • Introduce the company’s profile and communicate the selection of products available.
  • Focus on increasing the sales and supervise the sales process by follow up on orders, deliveries, and collections.
  • Provide market feedback to the Sales Supervisor regarding movement of goods / brands.
  • Ensure payment of receivables in a timely and diplomatic fashion.
  • Spot and seize commercial opportunities.
  • Expand the company's business in his allocated territory.
  • Build and maintain effective customer relationships in order to build strong loyalty.
  • Handle and respond to existing products queries from clients quickly, effectively, and accurately.
  • Provide customers with the appropriate selection, sampling of products in response of their inquiries, and provide quotations accordingly.
  • Anticipate the client’s needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet these needs.
  • Stay updated of the market conditions and trends in the field pertinent to brands / products.
  • Build goodwill for the name of the company.
    • As exclusive and loyal distributor with Nestle focusing on fast-moving items.
  • Give equal, if not more, importance to the slow-moving or pushing brands as well.

Trình độ tối thiểu

  • At least Bachelor's/College degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or its equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of work experience in the related field.
    • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • With the following skills:
    • Motorcycle driving
    • Sales and Marketing
    • Trade Development
    • Business Development
    • Account Management
  • Strong analytical and planning skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Honest, hardworking, and amenable to field work.
  • Amenable to use motorcycle for mobility and day-to-day duties and responsibilities.
    • Metro Manila area only.

Golden Chill Marketing Company is engaged in the distribution of fast moving consumer goods; the business is focused on the trading for the brands Nestle, Emborg & Harvestime on wholesale, retail and general merchandise.

The company was established around 1999 by two aspiring businessmen who started the company as a small scale business with limited manpower personally engaging with its clients in the end to end process of distribution.

Awards and recognitions were handed to the company for its positive business strategies in evoking increase of sales.

From Caloocan they moved their growing business to Quezon city; and to meet the demands of the company and its clients on a growing phase, the company is now in Parañaque effective 2015 following its goal towards excellence and revenue sales.
