Job Description
goFLUENT is the leading English distance learning company in Europe. In our goal to become the number one distance learning organization in the world, we are looking for fun, energetic, and intelligent interns with different backgrounds who can help the HR team in expanding our reach.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment by sending e-mails and facilitating online exams (both local and international vacancies)
- Take charge of recruitment logistics (exam/interview schedules)
- Organize HR documents
- Assist in onboarding (pre-employment requirements)
- Assist in Compensation and Benefits (consolidation of government contribution and postings)
- Other tasks deemed necessary
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Must be a college student (preferrably senior year in college)
- Preferrably taking up Psychology/Human Resource devevlopment/related course
- Must be willing to work in Eastwood
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills
