The Global HR Senior Specialist will be responsible for the oversight of the company’s global recruitment, and organizational development needs.
Reporting to the Global Human Resources Manager and SVP for HR, the Global HR Senior Specialist will manage the entire recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding, develop and manage all recruitment policies, Global HR processes, and programs.
He/she will be handling at least one person and will be partnered with colleagues in integrating outstanding recruitment practices. The Global HR Senior Specialist will implement global organizational development and oversee programs that increase efficiency, strengthen employee knowledge and abilities, improve leadership and maintain the overall health of a company.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Selection
- Create, Implement, and Execute Onboarding for all gofluent employees
- Facilitate goFLUENT History and overview to all new hires
- Organize, plan and manage the entire life cycle of recruitment from sourcing candidates to onboarding utilizing the available resources to deliver consistent and timely results;
- Develop and implement a global recruitment and talent strategy to support organizational mission, vision and goals;
- Identify targeted advertising opportunities, design all recruitment/onboarding forms and materials;
- Create and foster strong relationships with colleagues and partner with hiring managers to identify requirements and business needs. Provide coaching on sourcing and interview strategy;
- Ensure recruiters and hiring managers have a clear mutual understanding of staffing policies, practices, processes and priorities;
- Provide general recruitment and talent acquisition support, including defining job requirements and responsibilities, writing job ads and descriptions, posting open positions, conducting phone/Skype interviews, screening resumes, coordination of interviews, background checking, researching new acquisition sources, addressing general employment inquiries and onboarding of new employees;
- Set Recruitment Calibration Meeting with the hiring manager for the job posting.
- Drive improvements to global recruitment and onboarding policies and processes to ensure a streamlined, effective, and high quality services are delivered, and provide regular recruitment metrics and report on progress; Come up with checklists for managers to support them in their recruitment process.
- Proactively build goFLUENT’s talent pipeline and network of potential candidates by identifying, screening interviewing and assessing candidates for future business development goals and by creating a presence at career fairs, on-line and other virtual locations;
- Do a follow up after 1 and 3 months of the hiring to see how is the candidate performing
Organizational Development
- Develops or designs appropriate and effective tools in planning, monitoring progress and regress of employee performance, analyzing process and recommending it to the HR Manager.
- Create a monitoring and evaluation scheme including course assessments on knowledge and skills.
- Designing of a Needs Survey Questionnaires / Forms.
- Identify training needs and training gaps in the organization, using TNA Surveys, etc. and analyze results.
- Prepares training logistics needed on a scheduled training (e.g. venue, transport, budget, accommodation, materials, etc.)
- Recommends or implements desired change / results of the training as well as potential employees to handle responsibilities.
- Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development
- Conduct Global Training and Webinars about Training and Onboarding, Recruitment, and Talent Management.
- Will be in charge of disseminating Global HR Communications
- Undertakes all other Global HR tasks and initiatives duties and projects as may be assigned.

- Must have at least 3 years of relavant experience in Human Resources.
- Can start ASAP
- Must be willing to work on midshift: 1am to 10pm (Mondays to Fridays)
