The Sales Operations Analyst joins high-performing Sales Operations team and plays a pivotal role in ensuring worldwide sales organization efficiency. We are looking for a detailed, structured, and motivated Sales Operations Analyst to analyze data, provide insights to business leaders and be responsible for different processes designed to enhance sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data to perform business performance review and bring actionable insight to the sales teams and business leaders
- Collect, evaluate data, predict trends and give assumptions
- Develop and promote initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and tools
- Assist with sales onboarding and training
- Collaborate with SalesOps teammates to develop, document, and implement changes in CRM system
- Provide high quality support to internal customers
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Experience in sales operations, analytics or similar in a high growth environment
- Expert in spreadsheets and analysis
- Data-driven with strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail
- Ability and desire to learn new things
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in both a team and individually
- Candidate must be able to work work in Eastwood City Libis Quezon City
