Full Stack C# .Net Development Lead  

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Lead an existing team of Engineers, and aspire to build them into a higher performing team
• Write and test code and provide relevant technical documentation to BAs
• Maintain high-quality code of both yourself and your team with ongoing source control commits
• You love to work in an environment with agility, automation, and constant improvement
• Comfortable conducting code review and having your code reviewed.
• You use your experience in Agile teams to collaborate effectively with colleagues
• Comfortable working with Australian team members
• Create unit test data to test program decision processes and ensure proper turnover prior User Acceptance testing
• Establish maintenance procedures for the system
• Test, Debug, support and implement improvements to the existing application program and overall system development standards and architecture
• Document bugs and verify bug fixes

Required skills

• Experienced team leader and people manager Senior level experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC & Web API 2 Hands on native JavaScript experience, as well as with modern frameworks such as AngularJs or similar
• Strong front end development experience using HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap
• Analytical mind with a sense for algorithmic problem-solving Computer Science degree or similar
• Experience with continuous integration and deployment tools such as TeamCity
• Experience integrating platforms via APIs, REST, SOA etc.
• Cloud experience - Azure with exposure to integrating SaaS solutions
• Continuous integration and deployment experience
• Proficient in Object Oriented Programming and understand the different software development architectures
