- Utilize proven art skills and experience to create and implement new projects
- Ensure a high standard of visual execution across all media and campaigns
- Collaborate with the creative team in conceptualizing campaigns and developing work that meet Client’s strategic business intent and objectives
- Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met
- Deliver projects within time frame and according to target
- Work with internal and external teams to ensure maximum effectiveness of concepts
- Oversee production, checking for quality of output and integrity of concept, seeing the project through to final execution
- Participate in client pitches and proposals
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Experience as an art director in a multimedia agency, advertising agency, or design studio
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates graphic design skills and excellence in campaign execution
- Able to communicate creative solutions with confidence, ease and clarity
- Highly skilled in various design software and programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop and the like
- Resilience under pressure and ability to multitask
- Awareness of digital media and evolving online platforms
