Collection calls and/or correspondence in a fast paced goal oriented
Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts.
Must communicate & follow up effectively regarding customer accounts on a timely basis.
Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with vendors.

Trình độ tối thiểu

Graduates from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.0
Having minimum 2-3 years experience in a related field (for supervisor)
Knowledge Collections procedures
Strong ability to operate Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail, goal oriented
Commitment to excellent service and collections procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills
