About the Role

GoSquads 4.0 is back with more diverse roles for you to explore. As our Operations Intern, you’ll get the unique opportunity to take a front row seat in learning how one of the world’s fastest growing tech companies operates from the inside out. You’ll be an integral part of our Operations team, monitoring their demand-supply charts targets to creating a KPI target improvement plan. You’ll get the chance to be mentored and challenged by our talented team of GoTroops all throughout your time with us, with your efforts directly impacting the lives of our millions of Gojek users in Indonesia and beyond.

This is how your day will look like as Operations intern:

• Monitor and analyze Operations team KPI and target

• Ensure Operations team is updated with recent trend of KPI and demand-supply chart

• Create a KPI target improvement plan and ensure its timely execution

• Third/final year student from an Indonesian or overseas university; fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Experience in project management is a must (well-organized, knowledgeable, and able to multitask)

• Willing to be stationed in Surabaya (occasional work from office, but predominantly work from home)

• Highly proficient in using SQL with strong statistical skills

• Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian (written & verbal)

• An eagerness to learn and ability to absorb and understand new information quickly

• Ability to work full-time, Monday-Friday, for 6 months
