Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Manage a team of Affiliate Specialists, ensuring campaigns are kept within budget and maximum ROI is achieved
- Acquire new partners to grow the affiliate scheme
- Analyze campaign activity to ensure affiliates deliver the best ROI
- Manage the affiliate budget, including commission and budget spend
- Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives, and bonuses for the affiliate scheme
- Develop the affiliate marketing strategy with the aim of recruiting new affiliate partners and delivering sales volume
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing by agencies and affiliates
- Manage multiple affiliates/ad networks in order to achieve digital marketing objectives
- Do app install fraud monitoring and take actions to minimize the fraud numbers
Trình độ tối thiểu
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven working experience in digital marketing (Min 2 years), experiences in well-known e-commerce / platform-based and mobile-based startup is a plus
- Have solid experiences in managing Affiliates & Ad Networks for acquisition and re-engagement campaigns
- Strong team partnership management skills
- Have a good understanding of mobile attribution tools (e.g. Appsflyer)
- Understand the basic of mobile app install fraud methods and its monitoring tool (e.g Appsflyer Protect 360)
- Have a basic understanding of Google Analytics
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
