Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Report to Head of Legal and Business Affairs
- Research and evaluate risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
- Provide counsel, clarification and guidance of legal topics or specifications to everyone in GEG
- Apply risk management and offer proactive advise on possible legal issues
- Contract legal officer in-charge for operational related matters applied to the agreed form (master template)
- Leadership capability for the Compliance Analyst
- Work together all divisions within GEG.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor or master degree in Law
- More than 2 years of experience in related field - preferably have entertainment industry background
- Computer literacy (Ms.excel, Ms.word, Ms.powerpoint)
- Possesses high learning agility and curiosity
- Willingnes to learn
- Data driven
- Willingness to travel
- Passion on entertainment industry is a plus
