Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Responsible for quality and specification checking of each creative material prior to uploading, and implement campaign by uploading creative materials to the ad-serving platform;
- Upload client campaigns
- Inventory tracking to check and project advertising inventory availability against proposed or sold campaigns, and support sales team requirements;
- Create reports to monitor inventory, campaign performance, revenue, including, but not limited to discrepancies, underdeliveries, errors, expiring schedules impression and click activity, for all advertising campaigns, and communicate relevant metrics to the Digital Advertising Services Group;
- Work with internal teams regarding any creative, trafficking or reporting issues;
- Process billing for clients
- Perform administrative support for the Digital Advertising Solutions Group:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Advertising/Media or equivalent.

Working experience in an ad-ops within the digital advertising area.

A previous experience in the programmatic industry is a plus

Team worker, adaptable and resourceful:

Can work with several teams and handle projects of different nature (sales, product, etc.)
- Can multitask and prioritize several projects at a time and take initiatives

Has an outstanding analytical and abstraction skills
