- Designs, develops and administers the strategic groups’ business portfolio to ascertain business profitability
- Develops plans and programs to promote brand strength and imagery further for strategic groups retention
- Formulates, guides, plans and communicates the “ideal” consumer insights to Product, SCD groups to ensure products and services are developed to further build on the strategic groups members consumer needs
- Plans and communicates consumer insight studies, providing key points on how the product can connect to the needs of the existing and prospective market
- Guides key accounts cultivation through group sessions (i.e. Users’ Group) to determine their needs, and become pilot users for new brand segments for data collection purposes.
- Designs, develops and ascertains the development of the value propositions required by the strategic groups and how it fits within the product value proposition
- Designs programs to determine product’s relative performance and pricing as means to ascertain that it offers superior products & service, and intuitive product differentiation
- Collaborates with strategic groups to derive and recommend strategic plans in improving the value proposition, using tools, like SWOT, Cost-Benefit, Opportunity Cost Analysis, etc.

- Minimum Years of Experience: 3 years as a Group Brand Manager
- Specialization: Marketing/Business Development
- Job Role: Brand Management
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's/College Degree. Preferrably with Post Graduate Degree.
- Mandatory (MUST-HAVE) Skills/Attributes: Marketing communications, Events/Project mgt. experience
