- Receive customer request by answering telephone calls, responding to emails
- Analyze the problem and explain to the customer how to correct the problem and adjust the error
- Ascertain who can best solve the problem and route the request to the proper person, if you are unable to answer the question yourself
- Research new regulations, problems/bugs, train, explain system information and assist in the solution of problems

- High School Graduates, Short Course/Vocational, College Graduates/Undergraduates welcome to apply
- Know how to speak in English
- Can use basic computer applications
- With or without Call Center Experience
