- Confident and comfortable speaking in English to international clients.
- Computer literate and types at least 25 wpm.
- Above average verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good organizational skills with attention to details.
- Has an eye for detail and highly organized.
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
- Strong planning skills.
- Effective time management skills.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work on graveyard shifts, shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends.
