- Applicants may attain:
- Answering telephone calls.
- good customer service
- listening carefully to the problems of the clients and solve it.
- Sourcing and Interviewing Applicants.
- Give some tips on how to pass the interviews as well as the exams.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidates must be at least a High School graduate. College undergrads and graduates are also accepted
- Confident and comfortable speaking in English to international clients.
- Computer literate and type at least 25wpm
- Must have a valid ID
- Willing to work the graveyard shift, shifting schedules, holidays and weekends
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
