- Applicants may attain:
- Answering telephone calls.
- Good customer service
- Listening carefully to the problems of the clients and solve it.
- Sourcing and Interviewing Applicants.
- Give some tips on how to pass the interviews as well as the exams.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidates must be at least a High School graduate. College undergrads and graduates are also accepted
- Must be confident and comfortable speaking in English to international clients.
- Must be computer literate and type at least 25wpm
- Must be willing to work a graveyard shift, shifting schedules, holidays and weekends
- Good organizational skills with attention to details.
- Has an eye for detail and highly organized.
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
- Strong planning and organizing skills.
- Effective time management skills.
