Primarily responsible for the overall management of the General Sales Division involving administrative supervision and control of the division’s activities and personnel, general sales and inventory management of vehicle accessories and the efficient delivery of sales services to customers in conformity with Autohub policies and strategic direction and Plant/ Manufacturer requirements and standards and in compliance with statutory requirements on sales
Duties and Responsibilities;
1. Undertakes sales planning based on a thorough study of company business environment :
- Gathers and analyzes environmental data;
- Prepares sales forecasts using various techniques ;
- Formulates creative and innovative sales strategies; and
- Prepares challenging but doable Sales Plan for various products
2. Ensures the proper and timely implementation of the Sales Plans by all concerned and the attainment of the division’s sales targets;
3. Oversees the efficient management of the following work processes to facilitate the attainment of sales targets:
- Vehicle Accessories ordering, release and inventory;
- Sales reporting to Autohub/Plan/Manufacturer
4. Ensures the contribution of the sales team to synergy sales to promote the Autohub Brand
5. Addresses sales operational issues and elevates concerns that cannot be resolved at his level to GM/Top management;
6. Works closely with the Marketing Unit for the sales marketing requirements and coordinates with other units for the division’s needs ;
7. Facilitates the development of a cohesive and high-performing Sales Team

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications;
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/ Management or any related course
Work Experience:
- At least five (5) years relevant experience, four (4) years of which are in a managerial capacity.
- Strong background in retail sales of automotive accessories an advantage.
