Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Conduct technical presentation for pre-sales work
- Perform installation and configuration of Symantec Security solutions
- Provide onsite post-sales technical support to customers
- Resolve customer technical issues
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least 1 to 3 years working knowledge of Networking and Security concepts such as phishing, malware, social engineering, beaconing, DLP, firewalls, routers, log management, VPN, SSL, SSH, LDAP, network access control (NAC), SSH, LDAP, IPsec, Encryption, intrusion detection or intrusion prevention systems (IDS/IPS), web proxies, UTM, Active Directory, anti-virus, anti-malware devices.
- Understanding of TCP/IP networking stack (LAN/WAN) and network security
- Knowledge in Operating Systems of one of the following is an advantage but not a requirement: Windows, Linux, Unix Solaris, HPUX, AIX
- Good analytical skills and ability to apply logical thinking to a fast moving environment
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize critical problems in a high pressured environment
- Knowledge in Symantec, ASG or other similar solutions is an advantage
